Castle Contracting Wins Pattonville Fire District Site Package

Castle Contracting will soon help improve fire protection in the Pattonville Fire District by handling the site package construction of a new 15,000 square foot fire house.

The new three-bay station, located at 2222 Maryland Heights Expressway, will feature suitable living quarters, dormitories, and administrative offices.

Castle was the low bidder with a projected cost of $939,939. The site work to be completed includes excavation, water, storm and sewer sanitation, asphalt and concrete. Paric Corporation will serve as the project’s Construction Manager.

“It’s an honor to work alongside Paric to improve fire protection for the citizens of the Pattonville Fire District,” says Rich Ledbetter, president of Castle Contracting. “By combining all of the site work into a separate package, Paric has helped control costs while delivering best-in-class execution to the site portion of this project.”

Among those at Castle credited with helping win the project include lead estimator Rich Mueller, lead manager Jake Goss and site general contracting team leader Mike Myers.
