Giving Back Where It Matters
As employee owners, our commitment to our communities extends beyond our projects. From raising money for local causes to rolling up our sleeves and putting in work to build vibrant community spaces, Castle dedicates itself to giving back to the neighborhoods where we live and work through our Heart Hats initiative.
Caring for Our Community
Throughout the year, Castle employees support and participate in various charitable events including Pedal the Cause and Kidstruction, both of which support St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Castle also participates in events for other organizations throughout the year including the American Heart Assocation's Heart Walk and various volunteer activities during MLK Day of Service.
Honoring Heroes, Building Unity
Every five years since 2011, Castle has played a significant part in the Flags of Valor event on Art Hill in Forest Park located in St. Louis, Missouri. The team has helped with logistics, labor and the installation of more than 7,000 American flags. The memorial honors the victims and first responders who lost their lives in the attacks on September 11, 2001, as well as those service members who have fallen in the War on Terror since that day.
