Dan O’Neal

Project Director Dan O’Neal leads our teams in executing large-scale, civil construction projects. Dan serves as a trusted advisor for earthwork and site utility scope during preconstruction and construction phases. From project engineer to superintendent and project manager, Dan excelled during his 18-year career with McCarthy Building Companies, performing essential roles in billion-dollar projects. Having worked on various types of complex projects for private and public sector clients, Dan’s practical experience applies to a wide range of markets and facilities, including utility scale solar and community solar, aquariums, bio-safety research laboratories, hospitals, museums, pharmaceutical facilities, and public transportation.

Dan earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
