David Denny

Director Field Operations at Castle, David Denny leads daily management and communications with Castle’s various project teams. Equipped with nearly three decades of industry experience, David is responsible for managing our St. Louis warehouse as well as the training and development of superintendents, foremen, field employees and internal apprentices. In addition to his primary responsibilities, David also created a foreman development program, standardizing Castle’s field management and training for future project leaders. A partner with the AGC Laborers Training Center and Local 513 Operating Engineers Training Center, David is a dominant motivator for optimizing our apprenticeship training program. His notable experience in safety risk management cements David as an anchoring force for our field and craft team members’ industry-leading performance.
