Doug Thurman

Director Fleet Operations Doug Thurman is responsible for coordination, maintenance, service, transportation and purchasing for our fleet of trucks and equipment for Castle. Additionally, he leads our mechanic and driver teams. With nearly 40 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic and fleet manager, Doug’s refined and comprehensive skill set ensures that Castle’s project teams are always fully equipped and prepared to perform on their jobsites.
