With a career spanning nearly 30 years, his extensive industry experience encompasses a range of delivery methods, from GMP to hard bid. As a project partner, Rich’s thorough understanding of constructability drives Castle’s accountability, consistently producing value engineering solutions that improve cost certainty for clients.

Rich has a Master Drainlayer’s License in St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis.
