The Castle office serving the San Diego area has a rich 50-year history. Beginning as Paul Hansen Equipment in 1969, a specialty contractor providing underground utility installation, they made their mark on some of the most iconic landmarks and infrastructure in the San Diego area. The firm was acquired by Castle in 2018 and started operating with the Castle name in 2022. While the name has changed, what remains are the people and their commitment to clients and the community as well as a spirit of partnership and entrepreneurship. The growing team is expanding to serve clients as a full-service site development contractor for the booming region.
