$1.6 million prime contract for earthwork and water/storm line installation for a new parking lot and playground expansion at the elementary school. To make these new campus features possible, Castle installed an underground stormwater management system to help detain rainwater and slowly release it to reduce downstream flooding.  

Castle also made sure that all parking lot entries were open in time for the 2022 school year. The new parking lot improved safety drop-off and dismissal logistics and increased area for playground equipment.
